Wide Liquid and Volume Handling
The machine packs milk, buttermilk, curd, lassi, juice, and flavoured milk. It handles 2 to 6-liter pouches with ease. At 6 liters, it delivers 450 pouches per hour. At 2 liters, output increases to 1,200 pouches per hour. This range gives users flexibility based on production demand.
Accurate and Reliable Filling
AiPACK-6L offers ±0.3% to ±0.5% volumetric accuracy. This level of accuracy reduces wastage and improves consistency. It forms and seals center-sealed pillow pouches using co-extruded LDPE/LLDPE film. Additionally, the machine supports a standard 590 mm film roll and a roll weight of 25 kg, which keeps production continuous.
Efficient Power and Performance
The unit runs on a stable 3-phase AC 400 V, 50 Hz supply. Power consumption remains low at 1.5 kWh. Moreover, the servo and pneumatic systems control filling, sealing, and bag length with high stability. This combination ensures smooth, repeatable performance during long shifts.
